Wow! It is such an honor to have one of my photos from this gown editorial on the latest Brides of Austin magazine cover! I still can't believe it!! The wedding gown shoot came together beautifully thanks to so many talented local vendors.
This stunning editorial was shot at the Lucky Arrow Retreat wedding venue in Dripping Springs. Lucky Arrow Retreat is a unique hill country getaway location filled with different cabins and yurts and also is home to a gorgeous wedding ceremony and reception site. The magazine cover image was actually photographed inside a yurt! I loved that this venue offers the option to have your wedding party and family members stay on the same property as your wedding venue. The reception and ceremony space is only steps away from the lodging. This was such a fun location to photograph!
This gown editorial was put together to showcase five different wedding dresses from various wedding dress boutiques located within Austin. Each dress was so unique and created a totally different look for our model.
The pink floral installations were put together by the very talented Remi + Gold. Every floral installation was jaw-dropping, the Remi + Gold team are truly artists! I loved all the shades of pink and purple. Our original inspiration on our shoot mood board included neon, so it made sense that every scene popped with color!
Hair and make-up was done by Ally with Flair Style Lounge, one of my favorite make-up artists in the area! I always recommend her to all my clients. Let me know if you want to see more work that she has done for my previous shoots!
All the wedding gowns from the different Austin bridal shops looked stunning on our amazing model Carneisha. She was gorgeous and killed each look!
