Do you travel?
Yes I love to travel! I'm based out of Austin, but I also shoot destination and out of state weddings in addition to Texas weddings.
How do you edit your photos?
I shoot my weddings with both film and digital photography. Film is amazing because the colors are beautiful and true to life. You don't have to edit film photos. I send my film off for processing and get back a digital version or a scan of the photo. I base my digital photography editing off of the colors and the look of film. I use both Photoshop and Lightroom when editing.
What is your booking process?
After sending emails to each other, I usually set up a phone call or video chat to get to know you and to gather more information about your wedding day. Then I’ll send you a proposal of services to review. Once you're ready to book, I send over a contract and a 30% deposit invoice to secure your wedding date. My online booking process is easy and can be customized to fit your needs.
I planned a wedding in Austin and I know how stressful it can be! I can send you vendor recommendations and advice along the way. I'll send you a questionnaire closer to your wedding date to gather all the final details about your wedding. We can also schedule a walkthrough together at your wedding venue.
I love getting to know my clients before their big day! I try to help them have a relaxed and fun experience.
What is your
photography style?
My approach is inspired by a mixture of documentary and fine art photography. This helps achieve an artistic and timeless photography style. My work is also inspired by love, color, architecture and nature.
For posing, I strive to capture joyful and candid moments along with more classic posed portraits. I love learning what details matter most to my clients and telling their unique story.
You're also a nurse?
Yes! I used to work two to three shifts a month as a PRN registered nurse at Seton Hays on a Telemetry unit while I grew my photography business. I worked with cardiac and stroke patients for 6 years on my unit and loved it!

How long have you been in business?
Photography has always been a passion of mine and I have been shooting professionally for over 6 years now! I guess time flies when you are having fun because this honestly doesn’t feel like “work” to me. I really enjoy what I do!
I grew up with a camera by my side and was raised by an artist father that taught me photography at a young age. I took documentary photography abroad in Prague while I studied at UT Austin and I have studied film photography at numerous photography workshops. I use medium format film as a basis for all of my digital editing. I started my business in 2015 and have photographed hundreds of weddings now!
